What is ReLite+?

An ecofiller that makes your mix better.

ReLite+ is an engineered ecofiller made from qualified, difficult-to-recycle plastic. It is made without melting and without extrusion, so it can take plastics that conventional recycling cannot, including black plastics, Bakelite and other thermosets, PVC and multilayer packaging.

Because it is made to a specification, it behaves like any other ingredient on your batching list: you choose it, order it, batch it, and track it.

  • Headroom in the mix. ReLite+ creates room in the weight and volume budget of a mix. The ECOS Optimization Platform spends that headroom on what your product needs most, using supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) and other waste-derived materials.

  • Fits the plant you already run. ReLite+ is designed to work with your current batching, mixing, and placement systems, with no new equipment and no major process changes.
