If you work in plastics, recycling, or waste handling

A durable destination for the plastic that cannot go back into plastic.

Most plastic in the recycling stream will never become new plastic. ReLite+ gives it a second job inside concrete and asphalt, where it is built into products that last for decades.

ReLite+ complements closed-loop recycling. Where plastic can go back into plastic, it should. ReLite+ is for the other 90 percent that needs a real solution. Concrete and asphalt do not buy virgin plastic, so nothing here competes with resin.

Recycle what can be recycled

ReLite+ is designed for residual plastics, including:

  • Mixed, colored, contaminated, and black plastics

  • Multilayer packaging and flexible films

  • Bakelite and other thermosets

  • Automotive, industrial, and commercial plastic residuals

  • PVC, for concrete grades only

Every feedstock is qualified and screened before it is used. Because ReLite+ is made without melting and without extrusion, it does not need clean, single-polymer feed.

What we can take

  • Supply. Provide a dedicated residual stream for ReLite+.

  • License a bolt-on unit. Add a licensed ReLite+ unit beside your sorting, baling, or transfer operation, and turn plastic you already hold into an engineered ecofiller.

  • License a full-scale plant. Work with us on a regional ReLite+ plant.

  • Brand owners and resin producers. Support a large-scale, durable destination for plastic that cannot return to resin, and help build the evidence behind it.

Ways to work with us

Licensing a facility

NX-Cast holds the technology. Through the ECOS Alliance, we intend to license the ReLite+ model to independently operated regional facilities, starting with recyclers and waste handlers who already handle plastic.

  • Bolt-on. The smallest step. It uses your existing sorting, baling, and handling, so you do not rebuild a recycling operation to add a destination.

  • Full-scale. A regional plant built around ReLite+ production.

  • Your role. Secure and qualify the feedstock, and operate the facility. Our role is the technology and the model.

  1. Tell us what you have. Types, volumes, condition, and where it goes today.

  2. We qualify the stream. Screening for contamination and consistency.

  3. We agree on a route. Supply to a facility or a unit at your site.

How we work with a supplier

Measured, not assumed

We assess environmental benefit by life cycle assessment and are working toward credit pathways, including plastic credits. See Measuring the Benefit.
